Preparing for Your Visit
To help us serve you as efficiently as possible, please review the following guidelines and come prepared with the necessary items for your test. This will ensure the process goes smoothly and your documents are properly processed.
What to Bring:
- Valid Photo Identification
Your ID must be current and unexpired. Photocopies or pictures of IDs are not acceptable. The following forms of identification are accepted:
- Driver’s License
- State-Issued ID Card
- Military ID
- Passport
Note: FMCSA DOT tests must have a current driver's license.
Urine Specimen Collection:
- Diluted samples may be rejected by employers, and some may allow a retest while others may not. A diluted sample may also be considered an attempt to tamper with the test, potentially resulting in a positive drug test.
- If you cannot provide an adequate specimen, we will ask you to stay at the clinic until you can provide the sample, or up to 3 hours whichever comes first.
- You may not leave the clinic until the sample is obtained. If you do leave early, we are required to notify your employer that you have left without completing the test.
